Deep asleep as I lie
Devoid of dreams, in sweetest slumber
I feel my right hand begin to itch
I rub the burning sensation
My eyes now open
My hand aflame below my digits
I rub to soothe my hand
An attempt to clam the offended skin
This is to heal the callus
The dry skin below my middle finger
I hear: the heart and the mind too
I am soothed as He speaks wholeness over me
Presently awake, I smoothie my palm
Now calming and healing all my being
Yahweh soothing my parts
In the deepest and darkest of night
I matter because I belong
My swhole being throngs
With love, gentleness and comfort
This chid is soothing along
Something is changed
A series of clicks in the atmosphere
His visit brings timely relief
Renewed, refilled and made whole
Gracious Yahweh visited again
He spoke and realigned my being
Mind, body and spirit reform
Aligned in dignity and depth of grace
To whom do you belong
Does he come to love on you?
Does your heart and self need love
Let me point to my great Love
In my young years He showed me His promise
He swore to never leave me alone
He held out His hand and took mine
He sealed His bleeding palm over mine
That day an exchange was done
Accepting me to be His one
A covenant promise for me and mine
I hold on and feel His blood mingle with mine
Let me point you
To my great Love
Divine, unending and so very giving
He will never disappoint
Yahweh restores my broken bits
His care leaving nothing to chance
He restores to make it all complete
On earth as it is in His presence.
